Outstanding Tech Support! I Used a universal the burner which caused the elctro/igniter not to work. After sending pics to Tech Support they said I needed their burner with tabs. The send me 1 for free. After installing electro/igniter now works. Outstanding! Thank you sooo much.

Order parts , received them, had to return some because I didn't need all. Very helpful with return. Waiting for refund.

Burner

The burner I bought from you doesn’t have the bar welded across the top of it like the picture depicts and how my old one is. I’m assuming it’s to assist the pizzo lighter to ignite the gas.
