Universal Replacement Burner

Is it hard to get everything right?

Sometimes, things go wrong. In this case, several internal processes failed to perform correctly causing delivery of the wrong part... twice before receiving the correct part. Apparently, some of the replacement burners were manufactured incorrectly, then the bad burners got mixed in with the good burners by employees that then picked, packed and shipped the wrong part to me... twice before sending the correct part. The good news is that we love the Magma Kettle Grill and have used it without fail for years. Thanks for offering replacement parts so we don't have to repurchase an entirely new kettle. The other good news is that Magma uses UPS for deliveries and that elevates your brand in my eyes. Thanks for the accomodating customer service and keep striving for "better."

Tech Support

Outstanding Tech Support! I Used a universal the burner which caused the elctro/igniter not to work. After sending pics to Tech Support they said I needed their burner with tabs. The send me 1 for free. After installing electro/igniter now works. Outstanding! Thank you sooo much.

Magma help.

Order parts , received them, had to return some because I didn't need all. Very helpful with return. Waiting for refund.
