Bad bracket replaced

I contacted customer via email concerning the bracket attaching the bottom of the grill to the rod attached to a boat rail. It was smooth inside, and couldn’t be tightened enough to keep the pit upright. The next morning I had not only a response to my mail, but also a commitment to ship a new replacement part. It was shipped and received within six days, and though not as heavy in design, it seems to be holding very well. Thanks to all involved in this great response !

L-Bracket & Clamp Review

The new clamp is working. But I wonder if the clamp would not benefit from having some sort of indents that would lock a little better than the lock washers. It still requires a pretty heavy torque to keep the bbq from slipping.
