Tuner works great. Software, easy to use and navigate. Videos, very easy to follow and understand. Support, did everything they could to help me with my problems and responded quite quickly relative to business hours. My only complaint, I can’t use the tune, because of the connectivity device. I have a 2026 civic si, and I had no indication, when ordering, that the connectivity device was not in stock, or on back order. So now I spend $700 for a tablet I can’t even use, because I can’t upload the tune to my car. Then they urge me for two weeks to “submit a review”, so here it is. I’m sure the product is great if you have a ‘24 or older, but 25 or 26, don’t bother.
