near perfect shifting

In just one day of riding to work (2 miles each way; 2 trips per day) this device has proved to be a valuable addition to my e-bike experience. I love my bike even more than before. I do recommend it. I mounted it backwards from the installation video since that is the only way the wire would reach and it still works fine.
