Hello Summer Popsicles Topper

I did not receive one of my toppers. This is my second order to this business and there are always things left out of my order. They take forever to email back and they also take weeks to ship. They just sit in “land o lakes Florida” for weeks before they finally start moving. I will not be ordering from this company again because of these issues.
