I love my Cotopaxi gear! The warmth and durability is awesome. I love the fun colors and the premise of keeping fabric remnants out of the landfill. I can't wait to use my new zip off hiking pants on my next backpacking trip. I am surprised that they are on the long side, which I like. I am tall and most pants of these type are highwater!

The surprise was not so good

I'm Brazilian and I've been wanting your 30-liter gear bag for a long time — the one that comes in surprise colors — but I always saw models with very colorful and vibrant colors. Unfortunately, I received one that is very earthy and dull. I took a while to give feedback because the product was at my aunt's place and I only saw it now. For me it's a quite expensive product — is it possible to exchange it?
