Followed instructions and didn’t work.

It worked once then not again until I wiped the program and started over. I got it to work one more time and then it stopped working again. Support team is not that supportive. I wouldn’t do it again. They wont refund either. Overall I think its a defective product and I just got an adapter for the c-port online.
