Energy Buzz!

I have been taking this Green Powder for a few weeks now and I definitely feel more Energized. I put it in my morning Shake to try to substitute to having coffee!

Braving the Greens!

I have been wanting to try these greens for a while but wasn't sure if I was going to like it or not. The green powder was easy to mix with my frother in about a cup of bone broth. Yum, there was enough flavor to make the bone broth taste better. At first, I had mixed it with about 6 oz. of bone broth but liked it much better with a cup. Good knowing I'm getting a healthier cup of soup!!
