How did I live without this

I was originally given a cheese saving bag as a gift. As soon as I used it I wondered how I lived all these years without using one for each of different cheeses. I now order a bunch of them

love how easy it is to keep cheese Fresh. I gift friends with a few bags for birthdays.

Good so far!

Only starting using the sheets, but so far my buffalo mozzarella is no longer getting moldy! I also ordered the pouches because I think may be easier to store and secure my cheeses. Also used on fresh mushrooms and they seemed to keep them from turning black.
