Never received order

Good afternoon, I never received this order. When I contacted support they reported that they could see that the order was never delivered. However, they refused to send a replacement for the undelivered product. They said such because they said an investigation would need to be completed prior to a replacement being sent. This is lousy customer service and a poor excuse for sending a replacement. Mind you I changed how frequently these filters get shipped. Now I’m waiting for an investigation to be completed and it is obvious that the product was lost. Disgrace.
