First Three Weeks: 129 Miles

It's a great feeling to be back in the saddle. These past three weeks have been physically uplifting and spiritual. My new ICG5 is smooth and quiet, and the experience has reinvigorated the road bike feel. I had a debilitating illness and could not ride outdoors, but now I feel my strength and conditioning are already returning. Who knows? I'll be riding outdoors soon. Thanks to my new ICG5 Indoor Cycle. My goal is to ride 100 miles per week. I've dropped 12 pounds in three weeks, and my energy is way up! This bike isn't just an indoor cycle but an investment towards a healthy life.

Exceeds Expectations (which were quite high!)

On time delivery, excellent packaging completely protected the bike. Easy assembly. It is solid, steady and silent with just the right amount of electronics. Two of us with quite different heights use it, it is simple and quick to adjust for each rider.
