First of all, a cup we ordered was charged and e-mail claimed shipped, then I get a call that says they don't have the cup and offered one with the store name on it, which was declined. Refunded the cup and e-mail with tracking number claimed shipped. Postal tracking shows that that was a pre-shipmet tracking number and the actual product did not get received by USPS until 5 days latter. Received the products 2 days after that. This means it took less than a minute to charge my account and 7 days to get the product to me from Pembroke to Elizabethtown. I had a higher opinion of Cyna's before this deal occurred.
