I received the ordered clothes after a month of waiting. The whole time I thought I'd been scammed, because I searched for reviews and most customers complained about not receiving their orders. Communication was very poor — I called and messaged the number and email countless times, but no one ever answered. I ended up requesting a chargeback from my bank, convinced it was a fraud. Then, to my surprise, I got a shipping notification, and the products actually arrived.
They're very beautiful and good quality (though one item was the wrong model). Unfortunately, the total lack of communication along the way created a lot of distrust — if I'd been told about the delay, I would have been at ease.
