The vanilla aroma of this sugar greets you as soon as you open the jar! I’ve used this sugar for sugar cookies (of course!) as well as crème brûlée. I’ve also sprinkled it on top of chocolate muffins. The flavor is strong and definitely has an impact on your baked goods.
