Excellent
Have 3 Accent paddles I've used for over 10 years.
2 of them had cracked Angle pieces and 1 of them the ferrule piece had loosen up.
Contacted Accent and they quickly replied with detailed instructions, and answered some question I had.
Received 2 Loktite Assembly's in a couple of days.
I was a little apprehensive about using a hacksaw blade to remove the ferrule, but the instructions were clear and it worked perfectly.
Used plastic epoxy and now have them all fixed.
Great value on excellent paddles, highly recommend them.
