Lipstick Case with Mirror

I bought this as a birthday present it arrived with stains on it and the edges looked old. It was as if someone had used it returned it and then it was retagged without inspection. I reached out to return it. I heard right back but then once I sent the pictures in response no one has got back to me.

I have been looking for this case for 15 years! I bought one over 20 years ago at my local Merle Norman. When my original case started to look shabby (after many years of use) I went back to buy one. They no longer carried them and didn't remember where they got them. I kept using my old one for the next decade+. It had completely lost it's outside layer of glam, but was still sturdy and did the job of holding my lipstick, lip liner, and an eye liner pencil. One day I pulled it out of my purse and happened to take a good look inside. Right there, under the mirror, was the name of the maker. I immediately went online and found you! I can't tell you how excited I was! I was more excited to buy this product than I was about my tax return! I show it to everyone and am just so impressed with the quality and beauty, plus the functionality. Thank you!
