despite my accidentally reading the email wrong, everything was as described and then some! everyone I talked to was super helpful and understanding and when I did receive my gift, I could have been more happy! used this company a handfull of times and have not been disappointed

Easy Peasy
Incredibly simple and inexpensive custom design process! Slightly misprinted the lettering on the cover of the journal, but I expected the quality to be far worse yet the images themselves were quite clear. I now have a thoughtful gift to give to my friend! Thank you!
