I sent you an earlier email about a previous order that you shipped to me that was not for a 5 filter system. I sent a picture also and have not heard anything back please send me a return authorization. This was a cartridge set for a 4 stage nine is a snap in 5 stage. Look it up. Thanks

so easy to change filters,ive had other reverse osmosis systems and they take hours to change filters,i am 67 and this is really nice system to do.
