SEATED wORK-OUTS
I love the seated walking work-outs as a second exercise routine. I have a problem hip and it is just the right amount of exercise later in the day following my cardio workout in the morning. I can tell I'm slowly seeing a change in body firmness and agility. Thanks for your work-outs Deron. Appreciate all that you're doing to help us seniors. :)
