Great flavor and balance
I think a lot of more vinegar based sauces overdo it on vinegar so a) you can't hardly taste the other ingredients and b) people end up sweating more from vinegar than heat! Not a problem here. This is a master at work.

Loved this hot sauce. I initially bought it from my cousin‘s wife and regret not buying it for myself so I finally bought one for myself and I’m so happy it’s so tasty and delicious.
