We purchased the Bellman Expresso and steamer a few years back, honestly the best coffee maker ever so needed to purchase more filters. Postage and communication was excellent. Looking to purchase a new machine for the house very soon and will be purchasing from Alternative Brewing. Already have the machine picked out.
