Great customer service thus far, and Bajio’s warranty program is easy to navigate. Easy to submit a claim, and they were back to me with info on my recently purchased frames that snapped at the hinge arm pin within 2 days, and how to replace them. Hopefully this 2nd pair won’t have any frame issues like my first go around. 4 stars out of 5 due to the first pair snapping within 2 months of purchasing; should not happen with this expensive of a product.
