Its fairly comfortable. Ecosa has more comfortable one for far less price. But the extras with this are ok, how it wraps around mattress. Not worth 598$ though. Was disappointed to be perfectly honest. For this price it shouldn't be "fairly comfortable" it should be absolutely incredible.
