Frenchie Co has been completely absent with the support process
2 weeks ago my package was lost by the shipping company. I promptly reached out on 3 separate occasions to Frenchie Co support and have heard absolute crickets from them. They have sent me multiple marketing emails and also a copy paste that they will be looking into the airline for what happened.
This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a customer. To rectify this I have had to go to my bank and open a dispute in order to get my money refunded since Frenchie Co has yet to respond with any further information. Unbelievable.

Great quality, fast delivery, is my second wallet, didn't have anything wrong woth the other just wanted this color, had the other for now 4 years not a single complaint. Really good design. LOVE IT!!

Very disappointed
I purchase a speed wallet when it first came out and it was PERFECT. I lost it 1 month ago and replaced it. The leather is just not as good and the interior pocket is smaller. Same price but I imagine it's cheaper to make. Sad. I'll be looking for another wallet.
