This sandal great, but big shoes customer service terrible. They make it sound very easy for returns/exchanges, but it is actually very difficult. Why not make it easy and add a credit to my account? Nope, that would be to easy. I have emailed/called over a dozen times. Each time telling me I should see an email link with a credit lol. Nope. Now you got to start all over again. What a joke. Big shoes is making big money off good customers…
