Diesel Crimson Kudu

These were from the sample sale. The Leather is Crimson Kudu which has a redder tint than the standard Crimson CXL. The boots are absolutely beautiful from a quality standpoint but also that rich leather. Between the scars and blemishes they look stunning and I got a ton of compliments at work. The Diesel boots are just a classic profile and design so those alternate leathers just elevate them that much more

Awesome Fit and Design

My first pair of Field Boots was a pair in Reverse Kudu a while back. Loved them because the uppers were durable yet buttery soft and the soles had that guaranteed wedge sole comfort. One detail that always struck me as something that would really set off the look of the field boot was a lug/commando sole. While I know customs and limited editions have been released with a lug/commando sole, this is my first time snagging a pair for myself and it’s every bit what I expected aesthetically! The sole works so so well with the field boots chunkier design and GS yet again has knocked it out of the park with the quality of their leather selections. Construction on these as per usual is solid and I’ll definitely enjoy putting some miles on these. More lug sole field boots please!!
