Good morning. Overall the experience with your company has been ok. Turnaround time, FedEx/delivery I’d rate exceptional. The quality of the door seems to be better than most imported products I’ve seen. Our issue was that there were two raised areas ( bubbles about the diameter of a quarter ) on the middle rail on one side. We sanded the imperfections out of the MDF and re-primed… I purchased this door with the intention of a faster turnaround time but this issue has set us back . I’m a professional and have the knowledge and whereabouts to have taken care of this rather quickly, but I feel a homeowner may have had a much different experience.
