Thanks to the Drawer Essentials team for delivering a high quality/custom drawer insert. Upon receipt, I realized there was still a gap between the back of the drawer and the end of the insert. So, I reached out to see if they could provide a small piece of matching backer wood, cut to fit. The team responded immediately, indicating that it's no problem at all and will be shipped mentarily. I received that additional piece within a few days of my request and it fits perfectly! I definitely recommend and will be ordering more in the future. A+!
