Such an easy ordering experience. Have bought multiple paint by numbers from here, and have loved how each one has turned out! Highly recommend for gifts. Something different but awesome

I wonderful way to pass the time as while you are painting your picture from your photo it brings back so many lovely memories

Would give a 0 stars if I could, I’ve ordered from them before and it was good. But this time I received them bend and indented which yeah I can fix but packaging was bad. But the main thing was that the face did not look like my partner and since I’ve ordered a custom with people’s faces I know what it should look like and it was all slanted and kinda squeezed into one section making the painting disproportionate and I emailed repeatedly to try and get store credit or a refund and they told me to do the painting, I understand it may just be becasue it’s not painted however if anything I know how my partners face is supposed to look and when the eyes are 1 cm away from the nose, I know they didn’t do it properly. So I am not wasting my time painting it as they requested. These are tedious and time consuming projects and to even ask me to do this painting then see how it looks is so genuiley stupid. Even no store credit and I spent over $120 on two paintings. Will never be ordering again and would rethink if you are wanting to. Horrible customer service and just the painting outcome.
