I'mi thought all these blue light filter glass were dumb. But I do alot of gaming and movie watching on bright tvs and my eyes hurt far far less then before I started using them. I was also scared it would alter the colors of the screens but it's not noticeable. I kinda wish they were glass but I guess that would make them more expensive. Very good product it definitely helps my eyes
