Natural Prime Flank Steak

This isn't a commentary on the steak itself, but on the shipping. It arrived barely cold. The new shipping containers are not as good as the old methods

Third time buying this three pack. Amazing steak. Head and shoulders above grocery store prime grade flank. Make sure you marinade the steak over night, cook to medium doneness and cut against the grain. Either I slice it up and top a salad or make amazingly juicy, tender fajitas. Unbeatable flank steak!!!
