Fabulous beef fillet

The centre cut beef fillet arrived exactly as arranged and was packaged well. Questions I asked before buying by email were answered immediately which was impressive. I cooked the fillet today and it was a triumph! There were 8 of us and all had plenty with second helpings and there’s just enough for a sandwich tomorrow. I will definitely buy from Moore and Sons again .
