Great overall scooter
The scooter is super smooth to ride and has a great triple suspension. I ride it in the streets of nyc and can easily tolerate the bumps in the road. The scooter also has plenty of power going up hills. I commute two miles everyday and usually charge once a week

Could be better
First, the good. The Allen keys are much better than the tool that comes with the scooter and I’m sure the inner tubes and break disks will, at some point, come on handy. The pump, however is a toy. A real pump with an in-line pressure gauge would be much better. For the price, I really expected better.
