Merchandise was delivered without hassle or damage. The aesthetic aspect of the brand itself is what draws me back, along with the quality.

I like all the pens and the packing out of all of the 4 pens only one didn't work which was the red one other than that they are beautiful and they write beautiful ❤️

Despite chatting with customer service about the pen refills not working on black paper and one of the pens not working, i have heard nothing about refund or replacement
