Gave the packing a try to see amount of clothes it could handle without expansion and have my 16” laptop and knick knacks. Packed 4 pairs of pants, 4 t shirts and 4 thicker long sleep pullover. There was still room for underwear and socks. This is a fantastic buy. With my solgaard carry on and this i can easily pack 12 days of clothes and no checked bags. Great product again

Terrible customer service!!!! Sent item back without wven opening it as it never got here when promised nor could they even find a status on it! Bought one larger and less expensive on Amazon and reveived in one day!
