Above and beyond!

I purchased 2 Lala sofas to use in our home and have never been happier with a furniture purchase in my life! The sofas were delivered in March of 2025. I ordered these in the Ponderosa fabric in Ivory. I know, some called me crazy for selecting a nearly white color!! My SIL spilled coffee on one cushion shortly after we got them - and I am happy to report, the stain was totally removed by ME following their instructions for cleaning the upholstery. The sofas still look like new - and we are at nearly 2 years of daily use. Their service department is the greatest and were helpful when one piece was delivered with an ashy white stain on the back of one sofa. They paid to have a local professional cleaner take care of it and it appeared to be a residue from shipping and shows no evidence of ever having been an issue. I highly recommend Medley furniture to everyone and so happy to have truly Made in America furniture gracing our home.

I was so looking forward to receiving this couch. The style is very pretty, but there is no cushion or comfort to this couch. Disappointed for the amount of money we spent on it.
