Comfy and beautiful

We waited ten years to finally replace our futon with a North Carolina handmade sofa. Unfortunately when we reached out to the company we had always planned to purchase from, we found out that the customer service/delivery timeline had significantly been altered due to the owner's retirement. After lots of research, I found Medley and when I heard about the positive experiences with customer service, I was sold. Our sofa arrived promptly. The delivery experience was seamless. The sofas themselves are so beautiful and comfortable and had no chemical smell. It's a joy to see our kids enjoy them and for all of us as a family to be able to relax in our living room together. Although the price was hard to swallow, we are hoping these will last decades rather than just a few years. With two kids sensitive to chemicals, we're also grateful to have chosen a company that prioritizes the environment. Time will tell. But so far, we are so happy with our purchase.

Well made, very well designed.

This sofa is very well made and designed. It looks great in our space. Well worth the price and wait time to get it. It's nice that there are still companies like Medley who still care about craftsmanship and take the time to build furniture.
