Kelly Logan’s setting mousse is AMAZING! It’s so moisturizing, I’ve never had a mousse like this before. I used it to finger oil my hair and it left my coils very soft, not crunchy, shiny and very moisturized. A little goes a long way. Definitely recommend this product.
