Horrendous experience & abysmal customer care
I purchased from your company and found the entire experience horrendous. My purchase was for a birthday present. Despite ordering the products well un advance, the products were never delivered. I was a minimum of 2 months trying to chase this up and to find out what happened. Eventually I was told that the small gift packaging that I ordered was out of stock. This took weeks to get this update. I then asked for the products to be shipped without the gift bag however, the products still werent delivered. I had to get a refund and was never provided with an explanation as to what happened. I bought from you numerous times previously, never again.
