yarn is absolutely gorgeous, shipping took a fair while so i had to chase that up, quick reply initially but then they didn't follow up. i put the shipping down to the fact they had a sale on so a lot of orders.. anyway, british wool, i love that each hank you buy you plant a tree, the packaging was beautiful (loved the little map which tells you where the wool came from), gorgeous colour (and colour range on their website), the yarn is rustic but soft, i can't wait to knit up a sweater in it! will absolutely be buying again and highly highly recommend
