I love this shirt
I am hiking the Appalachian Trail and have been wearing IO Merino all the way! I started in a Run all the Trails shirt that I wore for the first 109 days. My backpack rubbed a few holes eventually - to be expected when you wear it every day and your pack weighs over 10kg.
I am now in my How good is Nature? Shirt and I just love it!

Accurate sizing, very comfortable. I have a couple of tops I go between. Lucky you can wear Merino for a few days in a row.
