Amazing Kit!

We bought the Makedo Discover Kit for our 8-year-old son, and it has been one of the best purchases we've made for encouraging creative, screen-free play. From the moment he opened it, he was building everything from robots and vehicles to forts using old cardboard boxes that would have otherwise gone in the recycling. The tools are cleverly designed to be safe and easy for children to use independently, while still being effective enough to create sturdy cardboard projects. It's been wonderful watching his imagination run wild, problem-solving skills and confidence grow as he plans, builds, changes his ideas and starts again. I also love that it encourages recycling and open-ended play instead of telling children exactly what to make. We love that every creation is completely unique. The Discover Kit has plenty of pieces for bigger builds and is perfect for children who love inventing and creating. If you have a creative child around 7 or 8 years old (or older), I highly recommend it. It's engaging, educational, and has provided hours of fun—definitely a five-star product!

A great idea!

This met my expectations for quality. My inquisitive 8 year old grandson went right to work. We are lucky to have access to large clean cardboard sheets inexpensively. Check for local box makers to source out cardboard. It is a great kit!
