Easy pickup. Order filled quickly. I walked in got my order and was on my way. Rope used to contain roses. Very happy with the product.

Subpar product

The rope I ordered was extremely rough with a considerable amount of trash fiber woven in. Further, the size was not accurate-it was supposed to be 5mm-3/16ths" but was more like 1/4" Item was returned through your return process, with your label, was delivered on 3/6/2024 at 10:24AM and refund has not been processed as of this writing. Not impressed, won't do business with Sgt. Knots again.
