I own two large Etoile vanity cases and not only is the quality amazing but the customer service I received when there was a mix up with one of my bags at the post office was some of the best I have ever experienced. These bags are now my go to gift for a friends birthday because you can't not love them!

Incredible Product and Service

I wanted to buy a vanity bag ti take on my honeymoon but had left it a little late. I reached out to Etoile directly and they could not have been more lovely or responsive. They immediately shipped my item (even with monogramming!) and it arrived so fast. I now have it with me on my honeymoon and it is PERFECT, so beautiful and functional and it fits so much more than I was even hoping for! I can’t wait to buy another one for overnight trips. I could not recommend Etoile more highly - an incredible brand!
