Acceptable, but overpriced

Ordered this tent because our family has grown, so we needed more space. This isn’t my first item from Qeedo — I already have their table, chairs, and so on — and I’ve always been satisfied with the quality-to-price ratio. Unfortunately, not this time. Let’s start with the positives: - The tent is really spacious and convenient. - You can stand up inside, which is a great feature. - I set it up with two rooms — each one is large enough for two people. - When it rained, we moved the table inside and sat comfortably with no issues. That being said, here are the weak points: - No user manual included — just a QR code. That might seem modern, but if you arrive at your campsite in the dark and have no LTE or Wi-Fi, good luck figuring things out. Setting it up without guidance was a mess, especially figuring out the poles and the rain cover. I ended up finishing it the next morning. If the goal is to be eco-friendly, why not at least print setup instructions on the inside of the cover or use color-coding on the poles and fabric? - Quality issues: - All the poles are made of cheap fiberglass, which usually only lasts 2–3 years. Why not offer aluminum poles, even at a slightly higher price? My old Columbia Dome 4 (nearly 15 years old) has aluminum poles and still works great. - After just one use, some parts (like window loops and ties) were already damaged. - The plastic parts on the cover are very hard to attach to the poles, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they break after a few uses. Conclusion: The tent is overpriced for what you get. However, once assembled, it’s very spacious and therefore convenient for a family.

Erstes qeedo

Erste Zelt war defekt. Kundenservice war gut erreichbar. Haben dann ein neues geschickt. Das neue Zelt ist Top. Bin nur echt gespannt ob seitlich bei den Fenstern alles dicht bleibt. Ist ja nur das Netz und von innen verschlossen.
