Mouse Guard

Ordered two hives that included the mouse guard . Got them neither had a mouse guard . Emailed them stating I didn’t receive a mouse guard . They assumed one not two weremissing .I received first one it’s cheap metal it was bent . But asked about second one and response was why didn’t you tellme the first time . I thought you knew I ordered two but they were like I could have sent together and save postage . I understand that . But why weren’t they in the original order was my question. The picture shows a wooden mouse guard .But the beehives themselves are nice

Works as it should bees have a harder time going in the hive but they do get used to it.
