Takes Too Long To Manipulate and Break the Feathers down. it seams like another Material inside would be able to be used that would work Better. I still have not been able to use it properly as it is too Fluffy for back sleeping

I love it. I was so disappointed to discover I couldn’t use for 2 weeks until I broke it in, but after sitting on it, plumping and bending, it was ready. For the first time, I truly feel my neck is relaxed and supported. I love it!

I need to return it. Very uncomfortable. I woke up with a headache three days in a row. Had to stop using it.
