Clear

The package was completely empty when arrived. They used a fedex envelope for two pairs of glasses. Makes no sense, either the glasses were going to be damaged with such low packaging or they would be lost.

Received my glasses and the prescription was off so I returned them. I tried reaching out to customer service via chat and text. No response. My prescription in the system did not match my order form. I really wanted to give them a chance because their glasses online looked like great quality. Unfortunately due to their lack of response, I wont be ordering from this company.
