I live in the AZ desert and I needed something to keep my metal solar shed cool. This stuff has been a miracle and keeps the temperature at least 5 degrees lower than outside and that is even with hot equipment running. It even makes the metal cool to the touch. I painted the western facing side of my manufactured home. It brushed on really easily and covered well 2 coats. The temperature in that room dropped 6 degrees at 4 pm in the afternoon. I got more to do, but this was an awesome start!
