Shawarma Meat Lamb

Clearly marked gluten free request on the order . However when picked this up and wanted to confirm the lamb Schwarma was gluten free as ordered the manager shrugged her shoulders and advised that they cant make it gluten free. If i hadn’t doubled checked my guest who is celiac would have been really ill . The manger’s response was - “ take it or leave it “. I found this incredibly reckless and the manager had a completely no-care attitude.
