Good coffee, awful lack of respect for customers

Ordered beans for pick up on Friday afternoon / Saturday morning for an important family event. Got notification the next day that they had been shipped and that we would receive them either Saturday (unlikely as it was already lunchtime) or Sunday. Was told it’s tough luck that they made a mistake and shipped a pick up order and they would do nothing to make it right. Suggested we should buy more beans from them and go and pick them up at our inconvenience. The order finally turned up Tuesday afternoon long after the promised delivery. Absolutely terrible customer service, want to support local but loyalty is a two way street.

I will start by saying that I am extremely picky about my coffee. That said, this is absolutely the best coffee. I can't even get coffee when I'm out running around anymore because nothing compares to making this coffee at home. I've bought almost 10 bags between ordering online and buying bags in the actual café. You won't regret buying this coffee! (I make espresso shots with it for my lattes, my husband makes drip coffee with it, and it tastes amazing both ways!)
